Bay. Care Clinic is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant (PA) to join our highly skilled and collaborative Emergency Medicine team About Bay. Care Clinic Bay. Care Medical Center , a leading 167-bed tertiary care hospital in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Bay. Opportunity Highlights 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts 1,728 annual contract hours Up to 3 holiday shifts per year Up to 26 weekend days annually, with most providers averaging 15 to 20 Competitive compensation package Annual retention bonus Annual wRVU incentive bonus Malpractice insurance coverage provided Annual CME allowance Supportive and collaborative physician-led environment Qualifications Required PA Certification Eligible for Wisconsin licensure or currently licensed in Wisconsin Preferred Previous Emergency Medicine experience Experience practicing within a Level II or Level III Trauma Center Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why Green Bay?
