CNC Lead

The CNC Lead – 2nd Shift supports daily CNC machining operations and serves as the primary point of contact for CNC Operators during the second shift. This position provides hands-on technical support, performs CNC machine set-ups, assists with troubleshooting, performs in-process and quality inspections, and helps ensure production priorities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality requirements.
