Brand Manager

Job Purpose: The Brand Manager oversees the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies for assigned brands within Purex Health Care’s portfolio. The role ensures that brand objectives align with company strategy, driving sustainable growth, competitive differentiation, and market leadership. The position requires close coordination with sales, supply chain, and medical affairs teams to ensure full brand integration and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

​ Develop and implement annual brand plans and marketing strategies. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, threats, and competitive activities. Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing resources. Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging, and identity.

Monitor brand performance through KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly. Coordinate product launches, events, and marketing activities. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing regulations. Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, agencies, and distributors. Provide training and brand updates to the sales force Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, or Business Administration.

Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing. Proven experience in brand management and product launches. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools. Fluency in English
