District Manager

• Sales & Business Management
• Achieve district sales targets and ensure growth of Purex Health Care Pharmaceuticals products.
• Monitor performance of territories and ensure corrective actions where needed.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Team Leadership
• Lead, supervise, and develop Territory Managers and their teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews and coaching sessions.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
• Strategic Planning & Execution
• Develop and implement district sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure efficient territory planning and resource allocation.
• Drive execution of marketing and promotional campaigns in the field.
• Customer & Market Engagement
• Establish strong relationships with key customers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and institutions.
• Gather competitor intelligence and market insights to support decision-making.
• Represent the company at conferences, events, and scientific meetings.
• Reporting & Compliance
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science.
• Experience: Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales, with at least 4–5 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze data, forecast, and develop action plans.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and business reporting tools.
• High mobility and willingness to travel extensively.
