Responsibilities

Assist in job postings, resume screening, and candidate outreach. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Support recruitment events and campus hiring initiatives. Help maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate databases. Conduct market research on hiring trends and talent pools. Required Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.

Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace. Interest in HR, recruitment, and employer branding.
