Talent Acquisition Specialist

At NestifyTech Solutions, We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with teams to fulfill hiring goals.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication. Maintain ATS records and generate hiring reports.

Required Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in tech or high-growth environments. Familiarity with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
