As a Sales Associate, you will interact with customers to help guide them in their vehicle purchase by understanding their needs and interests, maintaining a good client database, meeting new customers, coordinating test drives, assisting with trade-in value, and negotiating vehicle costs.

Flexible hours Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities: Convert showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, while matching them to the most appropriate vehicle Set monthly goals at the beginning of the month Understand the characteristics, capabilities and features of all inventories and provide the customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features Build rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future Maintain a customer database and communicate with them as appropriate Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets and goals Aid with sourcing, auctions, and trades for our used vehicle inventory Work with management in ensuring that the lot is properly merchandised to optimize sales Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous automotive sales experience is a PLUS Professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude Ability to be competitive while maintain the client’s best interests Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Capability of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales program Passion for sales and customer satisfaction Valid driver’s license, satisfactory background check results and clean driving record We are an equal opportunity employer.
