We're Hiring : KOL Specialist We are looking for a KOL Specialist who is truly driven by numbers and performance, not just vanity metrics. In this role, you won't just be managing influencer relationships—you will be the direct driving force behind our sales growth. If you have a proven track record in scaling Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) while optimizing Cost Per Sale (CPS) and commission structures in the fast-paced world of social commerce, we want you on our team!

Job Description GMV Target Achievement: Plan and execute end-to-end KOL and affiliate marketing campaigns (covering both live streaming and short-form videos) specifically designed to hit and exceed monthly Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets. CPS Optimization & Negotiation: Manage talent rate cards and negotiate high-converting performance-based contracts, utilizing Cost Per Sale (CPS) / affiliate commission models or cost-effective hybrid schemes.

KOL Sourcing & Relationship Management: Scout, vet, and build strong pipelines with creators, livestreamers, and talent management agencies across various tiers to maximize conversion rates. Campaign Briefing & Alignment: Collaborate closely with creative and brand teams to ensure all content briefs focus heavily on conversion and sales-driven hooks rather than mere brand awareness.

Data Analytics & Reporting: Track real-time campaign performance, monitor key metrics (GMV, CPS, Conversion Rate, and AOV), and deliver actionable analytical reports to continuously optimize future campaigns. Job Specifications (Requirements) Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a KOL Specialist, Affiliate Specialist, or Talent Manager, preferably within a marketing agency, e-commerce, or fast-growing social commerce environment.

Data- & Result-Oriented: Highly analytical mindset with a strong grasp of performance marketing metrics, including GMV, CPS, ROAS, and conversion funnels. Negotiation Mastery: Exceptional pitching and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to structure favorable commission rates and performance-based deals with creators.

Extensive Network: Well-connected with an active database of content creators, KOLs, and livestreamers in the market. Agile & Fast-Paced: Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, high-energy environment, keeping up-to-date with the latest Tik. Tok Shop and social commerce trends.
