Job Description – Sales Executive / Sales Engineer Location: Bhubaneswar, Angul & Jharsuguda, Odisha Experience: 4–5 Years Qualification: Diploma (Engineering) Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per Month Incentives: Up to 20% of Monthly Salary (Extra) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to generate new business and drive sales of industrial products across Odisha.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and generate sales across industrial segments. Promote and sell industrial products such as Electric Motors, Industrial Pumps, Air Compressors, Industrial Valves and Valve Positioners. Visit industries, factories, manufacturing plants and project sites to generate business. Build relationships with Purchase Managers, Maintenance Heads, Plant Heads and Project Engineers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up to close orders. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new project opportunities. Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

Maintain customer relationships and submit regular sales and visit reports.

Requirements

4–5 years of experience in industrial / technical sales. Diploma in Engineering preferred. Experience selling industrial products such as motors, pumps, compressors or valves will be an advantage. Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills. Willingness to travel across assigned locations in Odisha.
