Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional for the position of Land Officer – Assistant Manager / Manager within our Land Acquisition & Development Department. The role involves managing end-to-end land acquisition activities, including land identification, evaluation, negotiation, due diligence, documentation, government liaison and site coordination.

The candidate will also support land development planning, surveying and statutory compliance. Who You'll Be Working With The selected candidate will work closely with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Survey, GIS, Planning and Project teams. The role also involves regular coordination with landowners, brokers, government authorities, revenue departments, Gram Panchayats, Sarpanches and other local stakeholders.

Experience & Location Experience: 6–10 Years Job Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Department: Land Acquisition & Development Requirements Must-Have Skills & Experience 6–10 years of relevant hands-on experience in Land Acquisition (Mandatory). Strong knowledge of land acquisition, land development and property procurement processes.

Practical experience in land due diligence, ownership verification, title documentation, registration and mutation. Experience in coordinating with landowners, brokers, government authorities and local administration. Good understanding of land records, revenue documentation and statutory procedures. Working knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing and preparing land layouts and site plans.

Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage land acquisition assignments independently and resolve field-level challenges. Willingness to travel for site visits and land-related activities. Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of GIS-based land mapping and development planning. Exposure to land surveying, demarcation, plot measurement and boundary mapping.

Familiarity with Odisha land and revenue administration processes. Experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction or industrial projects. Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting and documentation management.
