Overnight Recovery Support Worker (Assist)

As a Recovery Support Worker within the Detox program, you will play a key role in helping clients increase their stability and meet their recovery goals. This position includes developing and implementing individualized case plans while performing daily assessments and admissions through ethically responsible practice.

You will be responsible for detailed record keeping and assessing clients within the stages of change model to ensure they receive appropriate care. Your work involves providing one on one support for personal hygiene, assisting with treatment applications, and coordinating discharge planning to connect clients with the community resources and funding they need for long term success.
