Program Manager - Housing

The Program Manager, Place Based Supportive Housing (PBSH), provides leadership and operational oversight for a 24/7 supportive housing program. They supervise and support staff, manage recruitment and performance, respond to crises, oversee service delivery, and build community partnerships. Working closely with clients, staff, and stakeholders, they ensure high quality, trauma informed, and harm reduction focused services while maintaining program compliance, safety, and positive outcomes for individuals experiencing homelessness, addictions, and mental health challenges.
