Client Service Administrator - Midshift

As a Client Services Administrator, you’ll be part of that engine room. You’ll work closely with financial planners to deliver exceptional back office support, accurate reporting, and walang katulad na client service What You'll Do Flex your numbers skills & be a valuable player of an international team Crunch numbers, prepare reports, letters, and client communications Lodge applications and client documentation on time and error-free Liaise with financial institutions (banks, fund managers, insurers, etc.)

Support client audits by ensuring timely completion and providing accurate information to inform any necessary service or data adjustments.

Conduct debtor analysis for firms experiencing data discrepancies or requiring pricing adjustments.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

A degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or related field Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with financial software (Xero, SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks, Xplan, insurance quoting tools) is a bonus Previous experience as a VA or supporting international clients is an advantage Understanding of financial services, banking, or accounting is a plus Proven customer service mindset Capable of performing effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Takes full responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks and outcomes.

Able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems as required by the business to support service expansion.
