Business Analyst

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Switch Project on a 15-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, you'll work with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams to understand business needs, document requirements and support successful project delivery.You'll be involved in:Capturing, analysing and documenting business and system requirements.Developing user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules.

Identifying process improvements, gaps, dependencies and potential impacts.Working with stakeholders and technical teams to support solution design and delivery.Supporting testing, implementation, change and training activities.About You. You're analytical, proactive and enjoy working with people to understand business needs and solve problems.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:At least three years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.Experience capturing, analysing and documenting business requirements.Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify gaps and clarify requirements.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

The ability to work proactively and collaborate with a wider project team.Experience with business process analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing or enterprise system implementations would be advantageous.
