Company: The Best Roofing company of it's kind in the Detroit and Grand Rapids markets. 30 Year old family-owned business providing roof replacement, storm restoration, siding and gutters. Position: Phone Account Manager This role focuses on customer development and appointment scheduling and satisfaction after sales, completing post-install paperwork, and presenting additional services or options for the customers over the phone.

Essential Duties
