About the Role

The PRN (as needed) position plays a crucial role in providing flexible and responsive healthcare services to patients in various settings. Minimum Qualifications

Advanced certifications in specialized areas of healthcare. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care as needed, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document patient interactions and care provided in accordance with facility policies and regulations. Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly and effectively.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in healthcare.
