As a Working Student Talent Acquisition, you will become an integral part of our international Recruiting Team and support us in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across Europe.You will gain hands-on experience in all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, work closely with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders, and contribute to shaping an outstanding candidate experience.

Your Responsibilities

You support our Talent Acquisition team throughout the entire recruiting process for a wide range of positions. You assist with candidate management, interview coordination, and communication with applicants. You review incoming applications and help identify suitable candidates. You support the creation and publication of job advertisements on various recruiting channels.

You contribute to employer branding initiatives, career events, and recruiting campaigns. You prepare presentations, reports, and recruiting-related analyses.
