We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and strengthen our financial operations.

Job Summary

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, overseeing budgeting and reporting processes, and supporting strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations applicable to manufacturing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Handle GST, TDS, income tax compliance, and statutory filings Maintain accurate ledger entries and reconciliations Oversee payroll processing and vendor payments Coordinate with auditors and manage internal and external audits Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control processes Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Support management with financial analysis and MIS reporting Inventory Management Stock Audits Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CA / CMA (preferred but not mandatory) 3–7 years of accounting experience (manufacturing in Medical & Pharma industry preferred) Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP) and MS Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and leadership abilities What We Offer Competitive salary package Professional growth opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment Exposure to the medical device manufacturing sector How to Apply Interested candidates may send their updated CV to: jobs@arnimedica.
