Bilingual Cruise Reservation Agent

Your role

as a Bilingual Cruise Reservation Agent consists of responding to customer inquiries, processing reservations and modifications, and assisting customers throughout the booking process. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, contributing to call center KPIs, and identifying opportunities to promote products and services that meet customers’ needs, while consistently providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
