CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Engaging Instruction: Deliver standards-aligned daily lessons in 4th Grade ELA, Writing, and Social Studies using interactive reading, structured writing workshops, and cross-curricular projects. Classroom Management: Maintain schoolwide behavior routines to create a safe, respectful, and joyful learning environment.

Differentiation & Data: Adapt instruction for ESOL, ESE, and intervention groups; use assessment data to track growth and update gradebooks weekly. Family & Team Collaboration: Maintain open communication with families and participate in grade-level team meetings and duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution. Valid or eligible Florida Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education (K-6) or English (5-9), with ESOL endorsement (or eligibility). Successful completion of a Florida Level 2 background screening. Preferred Prior experience teaching upper-elementary ELA, writing, or social studies in a charter or public school setting.
