Bridge. Prep Academy of Broward has an immediate vacancy for a passionate Middle School Math Teacher (including Algebra I) to join our instructional team for the current school year. Working alongside SMART Management, you will foster a vibrant, technology-infused learning environment that celebrates dual-language enrichment, analytical thinking, and high academic standards.

What You Will Do

Design and implement dynamic, standards-based lessons across middle school mathematics and foundational Algebra I, building problem-solving skills, numerical literacy, and conceptual understanding. Cultivate Inclusive Excellence: Build a positive classroom community while adapting math strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs, including ELL, 504, and Exceptional Student Education (ESE) plans.

Engage in Professional Growth: Partner with instructional leaders in ongoing professional development, track student achievement and progress metrics, and maintain active partnerships with parents and guardians.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or related major preferred). State Credential: Valid Florida Educator Certificate or Statement of Eligibility covering Middle Grades Mathematics (5–9), Mathematics (6–12), or Elementary Education with a Middle Grades Math/Algebra endorsement.

Background Check: Must clear a Level 2 fingerprinting and background screening prior to start date. Bonus Qualifications: Prior middle school math teaching experience, high school math certification (for Algebra I credit), ESOL/Reading Endorsements, or an advanced degree. Ready to Start?
