Key Responsibilities

• Friday , on-call rotating schedule, weekends as needed Full-time, in-person 8-12 hour shifts, depending on customer demand Supplemental Pay Additional performance-based bonuses that reward top tier employees!

Requirements

Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (residential/light commercial) Own basic hand tools ; major tools and equipment provided EPA certification preferred Demonstrated ability to sell and close service or system upgrades Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to contribute to a growing division Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction
