About the Role

Bonhams is seeking responsible, team-oriented, and driven part-time Auction Assistants to work at the Marlborough Gallery. This on-call, part-time role entails auction support as well as duties behind the scenes ranging from front desk coverage to hands-on work with material in house. Weekday shifts with evening and weekend work required.

The flexibility of schedule is a must. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Preparing the gallery for auctions Assisting with pickups, previews, and events Unpacking, packing, and conducting inventory of property Participating in fundamental tasks during auctions Assisting with various administrative tasks Key Skills and Attributes Must be able to lift 35 to 40 lbs and climb a ladder Willingness to work as a team as well as independently Strong interpersonal skills Bonhams participates in E-Verify.
