Job Summary:#Performs general, non-technical duties. Assists physical therapist in positioning, lifting, transferring, and treating patients. Maintains equipment and facilities. Orders supplies and equipment. Assists supervisors with revising, developing, and/or implementing policies and procedures. Serves as a lead for other Associates.

Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, assists in the training and supervision of Level I # II Aides # volunteers. May be involved in the supervision and education of high school and college students. May perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications:##High School Graduate or equivalent. BLS. Completion of on-the job orientation/training program, CPR Demonstrated competency in the aide position accountabilities and performance criteria.

Salary range: $24.18 - $34.03 Salary will be commensurate with experience. As part of our ongoing effort to remain an employer of choice, eligible employees who work qualifying weekend shifts receive a competitive weekend rate.
