Building 3800 Maintenance. Position is responsible for daily upkeep in the areas of floors, minor plumbing, minor repairs, custodial maintenance of buildings 3800, 3950, CSMS, USO, and 3810 latrines, general cleaning of entrance window and doors with special emphasis on the maintenance of floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures.

Refill restroom dispensers. Wash walls, toilets and urinals. Clean mirrors. Follow instruction regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed. Clean, dust, and wipe furniture.
