Server / Dining Room Coordinator - FT Available $15/hour

Providence Place of Pottsville is seeking to recruit a compassionate, customer service driven individual to enhance our residents' dining experience. The Dining Room Server /Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that residents have a positive experience during mealtimes. This includes training new coworkers on proper dining room etiquette and procedures; ensuring an organized process for meal service; communicating dining room needs to the Director of Dining Services; and ensuring that the dining room is clean and set for lunch and dinner meals.

Starting at $15.00 per hour Full-Time: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm

• Must be able to work EOW and EOH Critical Success Factors: Superb customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must work well as a team and be capable of leading a team of coworkers in the dining room Knowledge of food handling, dining room, and/or hospitality procedures Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or GED. • Supervisory experience is a plus Completion of sanitation course (Serv.
