Nursing Coordinator / Hiring Specialist (Assisted Living)

Love finding great people — and training them too? Providence Place Senior Living is hiring a full-time Nursing Coordinator / Hiring Specialist for our Lancaster assisted living campus. This is a rare hybrid role: you'll own hiring for the campus and stay hands-on in care, training every new caregiver who walks through the door.

What you'll do

source candidates, run phone screens and interviews, check references, and recommend hires Lead onboarding from day one through a successful handoff to each new hire's mentor Drive retention: conduct stay and exit interviews, build coworker referral relationships Train new caregivers as a certified direct-care trainer — and jump in on the floor when needed Support the nursing team: help fill open shifts, assist with care plans, track med tech certifications and CPR training Represent Providence Place at recruiting events and keep hiring updates flowing to campus and home-office leadership Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional evenings or weekends.

Part of the Manager on Duty weekend rotation. What you bring High school diploma or GED; 18+ Valid driver's license — local travel is part of the job Background in recruiting, HR, or healthcare preferred; direct care experience a plus Superior communicator, organized, self-motivated, genuinely positive Comfortable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email) Pay & benefits $45,000–$50,000 based on experience, plus health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, your birthday as a holiday, and more.
