Process Engineer IML

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Previous experience in process engineering within an industrial or automotive manufacturing environment. Practical experience with automated manufacturing and robot-assisted production systems.

Experience with automated spindle painting processes is highly desirable. Knowledge and practical experience in high-pressure forming and IML injection molding.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize automated spindle painting processes, including process parameters, equipment performance Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and process stability. Knowledge in the field of high pressure forming and IML injection molding Optimize automated and robot assisted production Support troubleshoot process issues and ensure safety and quality
