Manager, Group Finance

Accounting & Controls Oversee accounting and bookkeeping activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards Manage payment processes and ensure proper governance and controls are maintained Partner with internal teams on expense recognition, accruals, and cost allocation Financial Reporting & Consolidation Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports Review financial data from subsidiaries and ensure accuracy and consistency Coordinate group reporting submissions to the parent company Systems, Audit & Stakeholder Management Support enhancement of financial systems and internal controls Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with group policies Act as a key contact for external auditors and handle audit queries Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, with professional qualification such as HKICPA or equivalent At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial role Solid experience in financial reporting and consolidation Strong knowledge of IFRS and HKFRS Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
