Property Management Maintenance Technician Location: 351 Kellogg Blvd East, St. Paul, MN 55101 Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Based on Experience Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician in Saint Paul, MN. As a Maintenance Person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and repair of our properties to provide a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

What You’ll Do: Inspect, diagnose, and repair a wide range of small appliances. Replace faulty parts using appropriate tools and manufacturer specifications. Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately in logs or service reports. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or internal staff. Stay up to date with new appliance technologies and repair methods. Assist in inventory control of parts and tools. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of property maintenance experience, specifically plumbing, electric and general appliance repair skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license; reliable transportation required Must professionally represent Housing Hub at all times. Must be proficient and comfortable with computer, tablet, smartphone tech. Must pass a criminal background check.
