Job Responsibilities

Inspect and diagnose drainage issues in residential properties Clear clogged drains using appropriate tools and techniques Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning drain pipes Perform preventative maintenance on drainage systems Document work performed and maintain accurate records Coordinate with other maintenance staff as needed Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Provide excellent customer service to residents Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in drain cleaning and repair Knowledge of plumbing systems and drainage components Ability to work efficiently and independently Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces Familiarity with maintenance software is a plus Education: High school diploma or equivalent About Us: Housing Hub is a locally-owned property management company that has been serving the Minneapolis and St.
