Finance Director

Naples Nissan is seeking a Finance Director who takes an active role in managing deals personally. The ideal candidate will lead the finance department, ensuring smooth operations and overseeing that subprime deals are successfully completed. A key objective for this role is to maintain the CIT (Customer Incentive Tracker) below 10 days, ensuring efficiency and timely processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the finance department's daily operations.
• Personally handle finance deals, including subprime deals, ensuring they are properly executed.
• Maintain the CIT (Customer Incentive Tracker) below 10 days.
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to streamline finance processes.
• Develop strategies to improve departmental performance and compliance.
• Ensure all financial documentation is accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance management within automotive or related industries.
• Strong understanding of subprime financing and deal structuring.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain focus on meeting departmental goals and deadlines.
