Internal Audit Specialist

Do you enjoy turning complex risks into clear insights that protect clients and our firm? Can you spot control weaknesses and turn them into practical, sustainable fixes? Do you like using data analytics and AI tools (including Microsoft Copilot) to make audits smarter and faster? We’re looking for an Internal Audit Specialist to

• conduct end-to-end audits that test key risks and controls (for example, trading supervision, client suitability, operational resilience)
• analyze business processes and regulations to pinpoint where controls can fail and how to strengthen them
• use data analytics and AI tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL basics, Microsoft Copilot) to surface patterns and outliers that inform your testing approach
• build and automate repeatable tests where possible (for example, simple scripts or queries that flag anomalies)
• deliver clear, concise findings and recommendations that help us address issues quickly
• collaborate with peers across audit teams and engage constructively with stakeholders during planning, fieldwork and remediation
