Aquatics Coordinator (Lifeguards)

We are seeking a professional and safety-oriented team player to become the Aquatics Coordinator (Lifeguards) at the Berkeley YMCA. This is a full-time position, benefited and non-exempt, responsible for assisting with the supervision of our aquatics team and implementation of aquatic programming—primarily managing and training lifeguards and general pool operations and maintenance—and providing exemplary direct aquatic service through lifeguarding, serving as pool manager, and occasionally assisting with group/private swim lessons and water fitness classes.

General schedule would be Sunday-Thursday, 8:00/8:30am-4:30/5:00pm.
