POSITION SUMMARY

These general functions will be carried out in keeping with the Goals, Mission and Policies of the YMCA of the East Bay. In partnership with the President/CEO, provide strategic oversight, counsel, and accountability support to the Camp Operations Director to help ensure the successful operations of Camp Loma Mar and other resident camping and outdoor enrichment programs.

This role is focused on periodic review of operations, strategy, administration, financial performance, risk, and organizational priorities. The Camp Operations Director retains responsibility for day-to-day operations and direct supervision of all camp staff; camp staff do not report to this position.
