This is an opportunity to join a growing dealership where your skill, productivity, and performance directly impact your earning potential. 🔧 ABOUT THE ROLE As an Express Technician, you will perform routine maintenance and basic automotive services while maintaining Steven Honda’s standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid services, and other routine maintenance. Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and identify recommended services. Complete maintenance and repair work accurately and efficiently. Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs to the appropriate service team. Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. 💰 COMPENSATION $50K+ ANNUALLY Starting earning potential of $50,000+ per year, based on experience, productivity, performance, and skill level. ⚡ PRODUCTION BONUS ALL MAIN SHOP TECHNICIANS RECEIVE A PRODUCTION BONUS.

Production bonuses are paid at time-and-a-half (1.5X) the technician’s applicable flat-rate pay based on productivity. The more you produce, the more you can earn.
