Implementation Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Implementation Consultant based in Australia. The Implementation Consultant will support the onboarding and implementation of educational technology solutions for clients across the Asia-Pacific region.

Working within a collaborative Customer Experience team, this role helps educational institutions adopt academic integrity and assessment platforms smoothly and effectively. You will coordinate implementation projects, advise clients on technical configurations and integrations, and guide stakeholders through change management.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will connect customers with internal technical and product teams while helping them maximize the value of their technology investments.
