What We Offer

Competitive Pay: Base Mileage Pay: $0.65 per mile (all miles paid, loaded and empty) Weekly Earnings: $1,700–$2,100+ based on 2,200–2,600 miles per week, plus bonuses Tarp Pay: $75 per load requiring tarping Performance & Safety Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses for safe driving and on-time deliveries Weekly Direct Deposit: Reliable and convenient Schedule & Home Time: Regional routes with most drivers out 2–3 days per week as needed Frequent home time and weekends off Typical schedule includes 5–6 roundtrips per week and 2 loads per day Equipment & Support: Assigned late-model, well-maintained flatbed truck (no slip seating) Supportive dispatch team and 24/7 operations support Consistent freight volume with reliable customers Benefits: Quarterly safety bonus Referral bonus for bringing in new drivers Flexible scheduling and home weekends Driver recognition program (Driver of the Month, gift cards) Job Requirements: Valid CDL-A license with at least 1 year of recent flatbed or regional driving experience Clean driving record (no major violations or DUIs in the past 5 years) Ability to pass DOT drug screen and background check Physically capable of securing and tarping loads as required Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented Job Details: Base Location: Nashville, TN (local candidates preferred) Haul Type: Regional flatbed, primarily short and medium haul with frequent home time and occasional 2–3 day regional runs as needed Schedule: 5–6 roundtrips per week, 2 loads per day typical, Monday–Friday Freight: Steel, construction materials, and general flatbed freight (no oversized or hazardous loads required) How to Apply: Email your resume to operations@apexnationaltransportation.
