Responsibilities

Provide direct treatment to infants and toddlers with developmental delays using evidence-based, play-based therapeutic techniques Conduct developmental assessments and assist in designing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an SLP Deliver parent coaching and home programs to support carryover of therapeutic goals Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, Regional Center service coordinators, and other members of the child’s interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, IFSP progress, and biannual reports Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy standards, and program policies at all times Schedule Part-time — approximately 20 hours per week Home & clinic-based services in Santa Maria, CA Monday through Friday (flexible daytime and early evening hours — you build your schedule with families) Compensation $30–$45 per hour , based on experience, education, and bilingual skills Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Active, unrestricted California SLPA license Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience , preferably in Early Intervention Working knowledge of Early Start, Regional Center services, and common developmental delays Understanding of transdisciplinary early intervention models and rehabilitation practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software Other Requirements Reliable transportation Valid California Driver’s License (and insurance/registration if driving) Successful completion of background check and pre-employment physical Why Join Grow With Me – Creciendo Juntos?
