Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with individuals with autism and possess expertise in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement behavioral therapy interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate l documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards Qualifications: The successful candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:
• Working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Behavioral health and therapy techniques
• Applied behavior analysis principles
• Data collection and analysis for treatment planning
• Special education practices and strategies Additional Information:
• This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity -Up to 20-25 hours per week -Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM PST Compensation: $55–$65/hour (Based on experience) This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children with autism while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
