Human Resources Coordinator

Forward Bank in Marshfield has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team of HR professionals.

This position provides administrative and operational support across the HR function and serves as a key resources in coordinating new employee onboarding and orientation, training administration, employee records management, and HR communication.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding activity for new employees to facilitate an exceptional employee experience: develop onboarding schedules, prepare materials, coordinate calendars, and communicate with incoming employees regarding orientation plans. Provide administrative support for HR team: assist employees with routine HR-related questions; generate and maintain departmental reports and required recordkeeping; coordinate company apparel and service anniversary programs.

Assist with Training & Development : monitor Learning Management System course completions, generate reports as needed. HR Communication: maintain HR related content on company intranet. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Human Resources or related field, plus one to two years of experience in a professional office environment. Experience in an HR administrative support role is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Strong accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive or confidential information Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams Join our team and help us live our mission....
