Facilities Manager, North Campus We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our North Campus facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment that supports the needs of staff, students, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of all North Campus facilities, including buildings, grounds, and infrastructure. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of campus assets.

Supervise and lead facilities staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery. Monitor and manage facility budgets, including procurement of supplies and services. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with campus departments to support special events, space planning, and facility improvements.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and coordinate appropriate resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management or a related role, preferably in an educational or institutional setting. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.

Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Proficiency with facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
