Service Crew

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Graduate / College Level. With or without experience. Willing to work on shifting & roving schedules. With readily available requirements. Willing to start ASAP.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide customer service during field visits/dispatches. Refill and maintain vending machines. Monitor inventory and sales reports. Prepare daily activity and issue reports. Perform basic troubleshooting of vending machines. Coordinate with the Team Lead and other teams. Address customer concerns and maintain good customer relationships.

Follow company procedures and maintain good attendance. Report site issues and concerns to the Team Lead regularly.
