Infusion Clinical Supervisor

Infusion Clinical Supervisor Status: Full Time – Non-Exempt Reports to: Outpatient Services Manager __________________________________________________________________________________________ Purpose and Scope of Position The Infusion Clinical Supervisor provides clinical, operational, and supervisory leadership for outpatient oncology and infusion services.

This position oversees the daily activities of infusion nursing staff and support personnel while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-based care to oncology and infusion patients. The supervisor serves as a clinical resource, promotes regulatory compliance, supports staff development, and collaborates with physicians, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes and service excellence.

This position may provide additional support to other departments as requested. This position may provide support to the public, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

__________________________________________________________________________________________ Job Requirements Required Qualifications Current RN license in the State of Montana or current multi-state license with the ability to practice in all compact states Current Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN®) certification required.

Current BLS certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

ACLS certification preferred. 3. Special Requirements Must be able to reason independently and work with minimal guidance.
