Quality Tech - CMM

Get your career back in spec to high-quality at SMC. CMM Quality Technician Key Requirements: Operate CMMs and know how part orientation affects the CMM report. Interpret basic points and correlate it back to the CMM report.

Manage gauges. Track location, assemble and sign-in/out gauges. Perform range quality tasks as need. Perform verification inspections on First Article parts to ensure compliance with customer specific requirements. Ensure quality documentation is completed by machine operators. Inspect parts and raw materials for material defects.

Assist in finding the point of control upon discovery of defective parts. Other duties as requested by Quality Supervisor. Traits for Success: Customer Focus
