Corporate Legal Specialist

Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Provide legal opinions and legal advice to support business operations, corporate actions, regulatory compliance, and legal risk mitigation. Handle licensing, permits, regulatory filings, and other corporate legal documentation, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.

Support corporate actions, including Board of Directors (BOD) and General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) processes, preparation of resolutions, shareholder matters, and coordination with notaries, regulators, and other relevant stakeholders. Maintain corporate legal records and governance documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Ensure compliance with OJK, IDX (BEI), and other applicable laws and regulations, while monitoring regulatory developments and providing compliance recommendations.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable university, preferably majoring in Law Minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably experienced in public listed company. Have experience in handling public administrations related to OJK and BEI. Experience in managing and supporting corporate actions, including coordinating regulatory filings, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Strong knowledge of contract law, company law, and securities regulations Excellent administration skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records. Highly organized, neat, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
