HR Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to full-cycle recruiting, onboarding for exempt and non-exempt positions, assisting with employee/labor relations and providing guidance on coaching/disciplinary action needs of assigned business units, facilitating employee training/development including orientation, leave administration and the ADA interactive process of assigned business units, maintain and stay up to date on legal compliance, lead and participate in employee engagement initiatives.

This position reports to the Human Resources Director.
