Bartender – Glenn’s Cafe

Your primary role is to create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest by delivering exceptional food and beverage service. From crafting cocktails to maintaining the flow of service through organization and efficiency, you help set the tone for an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service: Welcome guests, provide attentive service, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations. Bartending: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while following all responsible service guidelines. Operations: Accurately operate the POS system, process payments, and maintain organization behind the bar.

Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area while following all local hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards. Teamwork: Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient service. Wear your uniform with pride and assist with additional duties as needed.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Friendly, customer-focused approach Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Responsible, dependable, and trustworthy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must obtain: Boone County Food Handler Card Missouri Alcohol Responsibility Training Certification Benefits & Details: Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (FT only), Employee Discount, Referral Program.

Pay: $8 per hour

Requirements

Must be able to provide documentation for Form I-9 to verify identity and employment authorization.; Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and/or drug screening.; Must have a bank account for direct deposit.
