SUMMARY: The Casino Service Technician installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) at casino locations while providing excellent customer service. This is a field-based role requiring up to 75% travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain EGMs and associated systems. Perform diagnostics, testing, software updates, and preventive maintenance. Maintain accurate service and maintenance records. Build strong customer relationships and provide responsive technical support. Support installations, conversions, and other field service projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain required gaming licenses. 1+ year of electronic equipment repair/troubleshooting experience or relevant certification. Strong technical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Basic electrical and networking knowledge. Ability to safely use hand/power tools and maneuver equipment up to 400 lbs.
