Speech-Language Pathologist
Job description
Are you passionate about making a difference in the earliest, most important years of a child's life? At Sunny Pediatric Services, we believe that early intervention is one of the most powerful things we can do for a child and their family — and we are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist who believes that too.
About Us
Sunny Pediatric Services is a close-knit, multidisciplinary team of SLPs, OTs, PTs, and an on-staff IBCLC who are deeply committed to providing exceptional, family-centered care to infants and young children in the Tallahassee community. We are not just colleagues — we are collaborators who genuinely invest in each other's growth and in the outcomes of every family we serve.
Our team prioritizes ongoing learning, mentorship, and creating a work environment where therapists feel supported, valued, and inspired. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for an SLP who lights up when working with little ones — someone who is curious, compassionate, and eager to grow in the specialized world of infant and pediatric therapy.
Whether you already have experience with this population or are passionate about developing those skills, we would love to hear from you! What You Will Be Doing: Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations for infants and young children. Developing individualized, meaningful treatment plans rooted in each child's unique needs.
Providing therapy across a variety of settings — in our office, in family homes, and at daycares. Building genuine rapport with families and empowering caregivers through education and coaching. Collaborating with a warm, supportive multidisciplinary team to create the best possible outcomes for the children we serve.
What We Are Looking For
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Florida SLP license (or eligibility for licensure). ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP). Experience with or a strong interest in working with infants and young children. A motivated, self-directed clinician with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly pay. Paid mileage reimbursement. Mentorship in infant and pediatric feeding therapy. Paid liability insurance. Paid CEUs and professional dues. Performance bonuses. Billing and electronic records management handled by the practice — so you can focus on what you love most. If you are ready to join a team that is as passionate about early intervention as you are, we would love to connect.
Apply today and come grow with us! Sunny Pediatric Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer. SLP, Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Therapist.
